Over the past nine years, my journey with Catchball has been nothing short of transformative. What began as a simple curiosity evolved into a passion that has touched every aspect of my life. Catchball isn't just a sport; it's a community, a lifestyle, and a source of endless joy. Through countless games and practices, I've not only honed my skills on the court but also cultivated lasting friendships with fellow players who share my love for the game. Catchball is more than just fun and games; it's also been instrumental in keeping me healthy and active. The dynamic nature of the sport ensures that every session is a full-body workout, helping me stay fit and energized. As I reflect on these past nine years, I'm filled with gratitude for the experiences, memories, and lessons that Catchball has given me.

I started playing Catchball six years ago looking to try a new sport and meet new people. It was love at first spike…Catchball has been such an important part of my life ever since; I look forward to playing, competing, and hanging out with a wonderful community of women, all sharing the love for this game. I hope to keep playing for years to come.

For me personally, Catchball is life changing. Once introduced to the game, I fell in love. The team dynamic, the social aspect, and the ease with which I could start practicing, even though I was 265 lbs at the time and had no athletic abilities were great reason to stick around. From a full-time mom and housewife, my life turned around. Catchball motivated a huge life change, all due to my desire to be a great player. I started taking care of ME, for a change, giving physical and mental health high priority. I added routine workouts, changed my eating habits, and started a process that ended with me loosing over 140 lbs. But the best part is the pure joy and empowerment I gained and the new supportive community of amazing women I met thanks to Catchball.
